Hi there! I’m Court — people call me a lot of things: baker, partner, mom, friend… But in all of the roles I hold, love for the people in my life is at the forefront.

Baking is my love language, my way of building community, and my favorite excuse to bring people together. And while I will be Team Pie forever, I can still make a mean cake when the occasion calls for it. I bake buttery hand pies from scratch with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and a curious approach to flavor.

My goal is to make magical little treats that spark joy. That evoke a sense of nostalgia. That bring out the mischief inside us all with each and every bite. I’m all about proving one thing to you…
